Who I Am

I am SM Shailesh, first and foremost a person who understands the pain, struggles, and hopes of common people. Since 2015, my life has been dedicated to standing beside those who are often unheard — the poor, the needy, the elderly, women, and hardworking families struggling to make ends meet.

I have seen families suffer because they could not afford medicines, and patients waiting helplessly for medical support. In those moments, I chose action over words — helping people get medicines, medical guidance, and health assistance when they needed it the most. For me, service is not charity, it is a responsibility.

Many deserving citizens lose government benefits simply because they lack information or guidance. I made it my mission to ensure that no one is denied their rights due to ignorance or fear. I have personally helped countless people apply for subsidized government bank loans and welfare schemes meant for their upliftment.

In 2021, I entered politics by joining the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) with the hope that honest intentions could bring real change. But when I realized that party boundaries were limiting genuine public service, I chose to step away in 2023. I decided that my loyalty would always be to the people — not to any party.

Today, I stand before you as an Independent Candidate and a CSC VLE (Common Service Center – Village Level Entrepreneur), working every day to make government services accessible, transparent, and corruption-free. Whether it is documents, schemes, pensions, or digital services, my doors remain open to everyone.

I do not promise miracles. I promise honesty, accessibility, and tireless effort. I believe leadership means listening, understanding, and acting. My journey is not about power — it is about people.

If given your trust and support, I will continue to walk with you, fight for your rights, and serve with integrity — because for me, people always come before politics.

Why Vote for Me

• I am accessible. I live among you, listen to your problems, and work at the ground level. You don’t need influence or money to reach me.
• Proven service since 2015. My work did not start during elections. For years, I have helped people with medicines, health support, loans, and government schemes.
• No party pressure. As an Independent Candidate, my decisions are not controlled by any party leadership. My only accountability is to the people.
• Clean and honest politics. I believe politics should solve problems, not create them. Transparency and integrity guide every action I take.
